How to Cancel Gamma
Sign in at gamma.app, open Settings > Billing and downgrade to Free - the plan runs to the end of the period and your decks stay. Steps, refund rules and what to use instead.
On the web (gamma.app)
- Sign in at gamma.app and open Settings.
- Go to Billing (workspace settings on team plans).
- Choose Downgrade to Free or Cancel subscription and confirm.
What happens after you cancel
- Paid features run until the end of the billing period.
- Decks, docs and sites stay; Gamma branding returns on new exports.
- Unused monthly credits do not carry over beyond the 2x rollover cap.
Refund policy
Gamma does not advertise partial refunds and treats a paid period as final once it starts; EU and UK customers keep the 14-day withdrawal right. For a mistaken renewal, ask support within days, not weeks.
The gotchas that trip people up
- Workspace-level billing. On a team workspace, only the owner/admin sees Billing - cancelling as a member does nothing.
- Credits meter AI only. Editing and sharing still work without credits; the meter only gates AI generation.
