- Open Account settings > Plan.
- Choose Cancel plan and follow the confirmation prompts.
iPhone / iPad (App Store)
- Open the iPhone Settings app > your name at the top > Subscriptions > Otter > Cancel Subscription. If you do not see a Cancel button, the subscription is already canceled or it belongs to a different Apple ID.
Android (Google Play)
- Open the Play Store app > your profile icon > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > Otter > Cancel subscription.
What happens after you cancel
- Pro features run until the period ends, then the account drops to Basic.
- Transcripts stay accessible; monthly transcription minutes and file imports drop to Basic limits.
