- Sign in at veed.io and open your dashboard.
- Choose Team Billing from the top-left dropdown.
- Click Turn off auto-renewal and confirm.
What happens after you cancel
- Premium features run until the end of the billing period.
- Videos stay in your workspace; exports after downgrade are watermarked again.
- Unused AI credits and subtitle minutes do not carry over.
Refund policy
VEED handles refunds under its Terms of Sale - no advertised partial refunds and a paid period is treated as final once it starts; EU and UK customers keep the 14-day withdrawal right. For a mistaken renewal, ask support within days, not weeks.
