How to delete your Motion account
- Cancel the subscription first: Settings > Billing > Cancel.
- Open Account settings.
- Use Delete account and confirm - or request deletion via support.
Before you delete
- Export tasks and projects you want to keep.
- Disconnect Google/Outlook calendar sync so nothing keeps writing to your calendars.
- Cancelling billing and deleting the account are separate steps; billing must be off first.
What happens after you delete
Deletion removes your account, tasks and scheduling history. Calendar events already synced stay on your calendar.
