How to delete your Pika account
- Cancel the subscription first: profile > Settings > Billing > Cancel.
- Open Account settings.
- Use Delete account and confirm - or request deletion via Pika support.
Before you delete
- Download every video you want to keep - the gallery is removed with the account.
- Unused credits are forfeited on deletion.
- Cancelling billing and deleting the account are separate steps; billing must be off first.
What happens after you delete
Deletion removes your account, gallery and generation history. Downloaded videos on your machine are untouched.
Deleting removes your account; it does not get you a refund for the current billing period. If you are leaving because of the price, there is a cheaper way to keep the same capability.
