Manage your subscription
Control your plan, payment method and invoices from Settings → Plan.
Open your plan settings
- Click your profile icon.
- Select Settings.
- Open the Plan tab.
The Plan tab shows your current plan, credit balance, next reset date and payment history.
Upgrade or change your plan
- Pick a higher plan on the Plan tab and complete checkout — the new plan and its credits are active as soon as payment goes through.
- Plans bill monthly or yearly; yearly works out cheaper per month.
- On Max, you can also change your monthly credit tier on the plan card — apply it now (prorated) or at the next renewal, up to 100,000 credits/month.
Want a lower plan instead? Downgrades are handled inside the cancel flow (below) and take effect at your next renewal, so you keep everything you have paid for until then.
Payment method and invoices
Click Manage plan on your current plan card to open the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can:
- Update your card or payment method
- Change your billing address and tax details
- Download invoices and receipts
Every charge — subscriptions and top-ups — is also listed in-app under Payment history on the Plan tab, with receipts and invoice PDFs.
If a payment ever fails, update the card in the portal and your plan continues once the charge succeeds.
Buy top-up credits
On Ultra and Max you can buy one-off credit top-ups right on the Plan tab:
- 500–100,000 credits per purchase
- $1.21 → $1.00 per 100 credits — the more you buy, the cheaper the rate
- Top-up credits never expire and are used only after your monthly credits run out
Monthly plan credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over.
Pause or cancel
Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees, no lock-in.
- Go to Settings → Plan.
- Click Cancel subscription under your current plan card.
- Tell us the reason, then confirm.
Depending on your reason, you may be offered an alternative first — like a discount, pausing billing for 2 months, switching to a lower plan at renewal, or a quick call with the team. You can always continue to cancel.
After you cancel:
- You keep full access until the end of your paid period — the Plan tab shows the exact end date.
- Your chats, files and creations stay in your account.
- Changed your mind? Click Resume subscription on the Plan tab anytime before the period ends.
