Add Krater to Gemini
Custom apps in Gemini are currently available in the US for personal accounts, in English, to users 18 and over. If that is not you, the same tools work directly at krater.ai.
Open Gemini and go to the apps or extensions section in settings.
Add Krater as a custom app and paste the server URL when asked.
Sign in to Krater and allow access.
Ask for anything Krater can do.

Frequently asked questions
Gemini already generates images and video. Why Krater?
For breadth: Gemini uses Google's models only. Krater adds image, video, music, voice and document tools across 500+ models, plus the ones Gemini does not have at all, like voiceovers and finished documents.
Who can add custom apps in Gemini?
Currently personal accounts in the US, in English, age 18+. Workspace accounts and other regions do not get the custom-app option yet.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra beyond your Krater plan. Krater MCP is included in Ultra and Max, and requests use the same plan credits as inside Krater.
Does it work with a Workspace account?
Not yet: custom apps are a personal-account feature. Workspace users can use the same tools directly at krater.ai.
Is it safe?
You sign in with your own Krater account and approve the connection yourself. You can revoke it anytime in Krater under Settings > API keys.
