How to delete your Fireflies.ai account

1. Downgrade the plan first: Settings > Billing > Free.
2. Turn off auto-join so the bot stops attending meetings.
3. Open Settings > Account and use Delete account.
4. Members of a team workspace must be removed by the admin first.

Before you delete

• Export every transcript and recording you want to keep - they are removed with the account.
• Revoke the calendar and conferencing integrations (Google, Zoom, Teams) so nothing keeps pushing meetings.
• Cancelling billing and deleting the account are separate steps; billing must be off first.

What happens after you delete

Deletion removes your account, transcripts, recordings and integrations. Exported files on your machine are untouched.

Deleting removes your account; it does not get you a refund for the current billing period. If you are leaving because of the price, there is a cheaper way to keep the same capability.
